The Services Coordinator (Part Time) role is responsible for supporting Pre-Retirement Account Specialists and Management in day-to-day clerical operations.
What You'll Do
Review, assign and route work by utilizing our workflow software system. This involves making decisions regarding all forms, faxes, and emails, as to where each item is routed and queued into proprietary business system and re-routed to other areas if needed.
Manage departmental correspondence and supply requisitions.
Provide ownership and maintenance for the Pre-Retirement Operations Path Site.
Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of processes designed to improve department performance, including enhanced efficiencies and reduced error rates.
Maintain customer service letters and forms used in customer service transactions
Other duties may be assigned.
Mentor and assist in training co-workers as needed.
What You'll Need
High school diploma
Strong technical aptitude and computer skills required including proficient knowledge of standard software applications: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and GuideStone software applications.
Research, problem solving and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail.
Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal for interoffice and outside contacts.
Highly adaptable to changing priorities, responsibilities, and projects.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle stress effectively.
Ability to complete tasks/projects and research as delegated by management.
Ability to work comfortably and interact professionally with others in a team environment.
Demonstrates integrity and complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters.
