No one wants to be overcome by evil, but there is only one way to avoid it. We have to be led by God. He has to be the One guiding our steps. Are you still developing your own plans and strategies and begging God to bless them? That puts you in a position of not knowing if God approves of your plans… an unsettling place to be. God doesn’t want us to wonder where we stand with Him. He wants us to search the Word for our answers, standing fast until we find them. Only then will we have the assurance that we are being guided by God and completely protected from evil.
WORDS OF LIFE:
- I have God’s Word so I will never be lost.
- By faith I receive the ability to be led by the Holy Spirit in confidence.
