Description
Worker's Compensation Law Firm representing injured workers looking for Legal Assistant. At the present time, position is remote. Training will be in person.
Must:
- Speak Fluent English & Spanish (no exceptions)
- Be Available 830AM-530PM (PST)
- Be good on phones with quiet workspace.
- Have some office experience, legal experience preferred
- Be extremely organized
- Live within 5 miles of Porter Ranch
Tasks:
Scanning mail, taking Calls, doing new client "Intakes" by phone, Administrative Tasks, Creating Medical Indexes, Scheduling Appointments. Other legal tasks will be taught over time.
There is room for growth in this entry level position. Pay is based on experience.
